It's really easy if you use Fluffy Mod Manager, you can just add it into the Fluffy's mods folder by opening the app, choose game, find Tekken 8, then go to options, open mods folder, and extract the Dead By Daylight Menu Theme.rar into there. File Directory should look like this: Fluffy Mod Manager\Games\Tekken8\Mods\Dead By Daylight Menu Theme
Normal Mod Installation | No Mod Manager
Extract Dead By Daylight Menu Theme.rar, and all you have to do, is copy and paste the Polaris folder into Steam\steamapps\common\TEKKEN 8
