PTU Models

Another Big Update! I've added healthbars and UI functions, status conditions and combat stages to attacks, and made a couple of models for hazards. Since the code is massively edited and I'm brand new to UI, let me know of any bugs you find! Currently steam cloud is giving me big errors, so if you want to test the new files out while steam cloud punches me, download these files and put them in Documents\My Games\Tabletop Simulator\Saves.
