The result is an extremely dangerous chemical soup which is home to radiation, acid, disease, and explosive vapors. It's certainly no archeotech hoard, but a saavy gang leader can put the Chem Pit to good use. Just hope you don't draw the short straw when it comes time to pick territories to work.
