Then after you download it, upzip to My Documents -> My Games -> Tabletop Simulater -> Saves -> Saved objects folder and viola your new deck should be in tabletop simulator now. All you have to do in TTS is click objects -> saved objects then select your new deck and it will spawn it into your current game!
