Credits to @SirBenKingsley who created the original. I updated the board a bit, added new stock boards for players, added better counters(type in the number of your spending/earning in the +/_ boxes), redid the seating layout, added a rules pdf, had naptaker make a better reference card that does not murder your eyes and scripted it to draft your first tile in front of you and draw your hand.
