Blackjack Scripted

This version of black jack is already in the workshop, but the lastest update to tabletop simulator messed up the position of the buttons. I have fixed these minor issues and hope all players will enjoy playing this game again. I have added some things to the game and modified the script. Also, to receive joker payouts via the Prestige Gem, you must copy the one on display for the script to work. I have added two more powerups and a 7 card win and 21 payout. The Starter bag is $7 (work your way up the money chain). There is an END GAME CHIP, earned by converting 50 of the last chip. These are a few things different from the oringinal version.
