Diplomacy TTS Edition

A reskin of the classic negotiation and backstabbing game Diplomacy, with the nations colors (Specifically England and Russia) changed to fit with the assigned TTS player colors. Orders cards are in the bag, shake the bag to shuffle for random nation selection, and then use the bag to place orders once they're finalized. Uses Custom Models from my Axis & Allies set, credit to Gamma 013 for the models. For more managable playtimes, enforce the turn limits strictly, and end the game at 1908 if nobody has achieved 18 SCs, instead whoever has the most wins. This is how many tournaments do it, and should keep the game to 4-5 hours tops.
