A Deceptively Simple Microdeckbuilder by Chen. Chih Fan (TTS Mod by Burn) The Citizens of Flip City want you to expand and renovate their neighbourhoods - - but if you ask for too much in taxes all at once, they won't be happy! To keep them at ease, you will: - play from the top of your deck (no hand) - Push your luck - Build your deck - Upgrade cards by flipping them Thanks to suggestion of maker of the russian flip city mod (Igorpart) i've managed to separate the cards instead of having them double sided. This will allow to proper shuffle when needed.
