Blast Markers and Craters

- Added crater markers matching the sizes of the circulare blast markers. Also locked everything in place to stop it from flinging... well everywhere on the rare occasion, so you'll need to unlock them after spawning them. Use the context menu to tint the craters to get them to a suitable shade, since it'd be... unpractical for me to make a crater for every shade. A simple set of blast AoE markers built to the specifications of a certain... uh... war game that shall go unnamed. Hold the pieces above units/players/monsters/ect and use the shadow to judge if it's a hit. Specifications are measured in inches, in the spirit of the measurements used in the original game, but translate to one Tabletop Simulator grid unit. Measurements are as follows: Small Blast: 3 inch (Diameter) Large Blast: 5 inch (Diameter) Massive Blast: 7 inch (Diameter) Apocalyptic Blast: 10 inch (Diameter) Flamer Cone: 8 inch (Long), 3 inch (At widest point) Hellstorm Cone: 16 inch (Long), 5 inch (At widest point) Apocalyptic Barrage: 5 circles, 5 inch (Diameter) each Not exactly my finest work, mainly in the texture department, but the UV mapping was being fidgety, and to be honest... they're plastic markers, I just don't feel they need much glamor to them. They get the job done at least, and unfortunately from what I saw, they're the only ones available in the workshop at the moment, otherwise I'd probably have just picked up pre-existing ones. Never-the-less, hopefully some people will find these handy, I know I'll at least get my fill out of them.
