Tetra Master

The card game from Final Fantasy IX! The game is for 2-4 players with slight differences between the rules to the original card game, for Tabletop Simulator purposes. This mod features: • A quarter • 128 Cards (1 Blue Deck/3 more color decks later) • 4 10-sided dice • 5 Dungeon tile floors • 1 6-sided die • 20 color pawns for each player (Green/Blue/Red/Purple) The card has 5 variables to pay attention to:The arrows, the four numbers (Attack/Type P or M/Physical defense/Magic Defense) The arrows show where you attack, attacking a card without an arrow pointed back at you is an instant win. YOU ONLY ATTACK when you place a card down. First spot/Attack is your value range when you first place your card down. Second spot/Physical or Magic is your 'type' this is what determines what defense YOU attack. Third spot/Physical defense is used when your attacker is a 'P-type' as your value range against their attack. Fourth spot/Magic defense is used when your attacker is a 'M-type' as your value range against their attack. EX from the image above:(Image 1) The card has an attack range of 0-9, will attack the third spot/Physical defense of any card he battles, has a M/P defense of both 0-9, and only attacks to the top left, left, and bottom The rules to this game are best broken down into stages: Setup/Play/Battle/Claim Setup: 1. Take your deck (will be four colored decks later, just use Blue for now), shuffle, and deal 5 cards to your hand (to each player if you use just one deck). 2. If 2 players then use a 4X4 grid and if you are using more players use the 5X5 grid. 3. Roll the six sided die to determine how many blockers you will use. The results are minus 1, so.. 1=0 blocks 2=1 block 3=2 blocks 4=3 blocks 5=4 blocks 6=5 blocks 4. Distribute the blocks as you wish onto the board. These areas are no longer playable for the round. 5. Determine who will go first (If 2 players use the coin, winner plays first. If 3-4 use the die, highest roller goes first) And play in a count
