📋 About This Mod
A random city generator for RPGs, wargames, and more. Autometro creates unique, futuristic, and mildly decrepit cities as well as for forests and medieval cities. Alternatively, Autometro can use any collection of building/environmental assets to create any kind of city. See the instructions in-game for more info. Instructions Press 'Randomize City' until you have a city you'd like to use. Once you have one you like, hit 'Done' to lock it in. The 'Day' and 'Night' buttons do what you would think they do. Try not to randomize while in night mode. See the in-game manual for instructions on how to replace the included sci-fi assets with your own asset packs. Disclaimer I initially made this for modeling/scripting practice, so while it's functional it does have some signature TTS jank. I have some more ideas I'd like to implement and some existing features that need refinement, notably building spacing and more organic 'roads'. Also, because of the nature of the randomization every roll won't be a winner. I'd encourage you to keep randomizing until you find something that suits your purposes. Some will be massive clumps of brutalist nonsense while others will be pleasantly spaced and structured brutalist nonsense.
