Jaws of the Lion - Scripting Automation

Added Hotkeys, Initiative Tracker, automated start/end round and a few other automated features to AppointedPie+Reth's Jaws of the Lion implementation https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2142755012, based on GabrielM's functionality for base-Gloomhaven. -------------- Features include: - UI elements: Start Round Button: Flips character and monster ability cards (only for active monsters), sets initiative End Round Button: Shuffles all decks where a shuffle card is in the discard pile. Initiative Tracker: shows list of Characters and Monsters in initiative order with monster abilities. (Just like in Gloomhaven Fantasy Setup, Code adapted from there) - Discard buttons: Shuffle: Shuffles discard pile Draw: Draws all cards from discard pile to hand Discard: Discards top card of discard pile, draws rest to hand Keep: Draws top card of discard pile, then discards top card and draws the rest - Scripting buttons: Num 1: sets card as primary action Num 2: sets card as secondary action Num 3: draws attack modifier Num 4: starts round Num 5: ends round Num 6: draws monster attack modifier Num 7: sort hand by initiative
