Guild Ball

Choose your Guild. Choose your Captain. Choose your Squad. Guild Ball is a fast action packed game of Mob Football for two players. Choose a Guild and head to the pitch. Earn victory by playing the beautiful game, or by sending your opponent home in a wooden box. The game of Guild Ball takes place in the Empire of the Free Cities. Victory comes with carefully constructed plays and counter plays with emphasis on positioning and resource management. A game of Guild Ball is played to twelve victory points. You'll need to score goals and send your opponent's players to the infirmary if you want to taste glory. Guilds have wildly different playstyles such as the Fisherman's Guild who will play the beautiful game and focus purely on scoring goals, whilst the Brewer's Guild get tanked up and look for a barroom brawl. Your Guild consists of a deep roster of players for you to choose from. You will always need to pick a Captain, a Mascot, and four Squaddies. These players will work together towards winning glory for their Guild. Each Guild has a distinct identity, and playstyle, meaning that you'll always have something new to try out, and plenty of variety in opponents. You will choose your path to glory. Anyone can score. Anyone can fight. ============================================================================= Mod Gameplay Tips General: The Guild Ball core rule book is located in a pouch near the game clock should you wish to learn or clarify rules of the game. Promote your opponent by clicking their name in the top right of the screen then selecting 'Promote'. This will allow them to perform essential functions such as copying and locking/unlocking objects. Copying and pasting items such as tokens and dice is a much more efficient way of generating items you need as you play. Choosing a Guild: After selecting your guild, if you change your mind, you can select another by pressing the 'Reset Menu' button that appears near the left table leg on your side of the table.
