The Battle of Five Armies

Check out my Hunt for the Ring mod here: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1285147946 The Battle of Five Armies is a two-players game that allows you to re-create the epic conclusion of The Hobbit, the world-renowned masterpiece by J. R. R. Tolkien. Based on the acclaimed mechanics first used in the War of the Ring boardgame, The Battle of Five Armies merges action dice and event cards, to make each game a unique experience. The system has been further enhanced by the addition of the “Fate Track” mechanic, handling the arrival of the allies and the triggering of special events. Game pieces are set up, ready to play, with the exception of the recruitment tokens. I left these off to allow for randomization for each game. Shuffle the bag before drawing them to mix them up. See the initial set up guide for reinforcement token placement. The guide can be placed in the purple bag once you are done with it if you want to clear space on the table.
