SMOD OUTBREAK - Combine AR2 [Pulse Rifle]

My first weapon port... and likely my only for awhile. This replaces the default O. S. I. P. R/AR2/Pulse Rifle ffs with the one seen in SMOD OUTBREAK, a fantastic mod by veteran_gamer. It also replaces particles for the muzzle flashes, bullet impacts, dark energy ball disintegration & surface impact, as well as the Combine Mortar particles from that one device in HL2, y'know the one. and it replaces the fire sound. Due to the Pulse MG and Emplacement Guns sharing these particles, they are changed as well. Do enjoy! Credits veteran_gamer: Creating SMOD OUTBREAK, and the texture(?)
