This mod introduces an element of unpredictability that forces players to communicate quickly, assign roles on the fly, and react to dynamic crises.

Supermarket Together is no longer just a peaceful retail simulator. It’s a high-stakes co-op experience designed to test your team's coordination. Forget predictable routines - get ready for demanding VIPs, sudden emergencies, and hilarious disasters.

1. VIP System (Special Customers)

Instead of a regular customer, a character with a unique appearance and behavior will periodically enter the store. Ignoring them has severe negative consequences, while excellent service brings powerful bonuses.

The "Karen" (Demanding Customer)

• []Action: She stops at the checkout, blocks the entire line, refuses to pay for her purchases, and starts complaining loudly.

  []Solution: One player must approach her and hit her with a broom to resolve the situation.

  []Punishment: If no one serves her for 2 minutes, all the customers in line behind her will leave without paying.

  Influencer with a Camera

  • []Action: Walks around the store recording a vlog. They're looking for a specific, random, expensive product.

    []Solution: Players must quickly make sure this product is on the shelf and serve the influencer as fast as possible.

    []Reward: A "Viral TikTok" about your store! For the next 5 minutes, the frequency of regular customers increases by 150% (A special "Viral TikTok" icon will appear).

    Wacky Wholesaler

    • []Action: Appears out of nowhere and takes the entire stock of one specific product (e.g., 40 cartons of milk).

      []Effect: The player at the register gets a massive, instant cash infusion, but the stockers are thrown into a sudden crisis because the shelf is empty, and regular customers will soon arrive wanting that exact item.

      2. Random Events (Crises)

      During the workday, a red message will suddenly appear on the screen accompanied by an audible alarm. Drop what you're doing and react!

      • []Thieves' Flash Mob:

        Instead of one thief, 4 to 8 of them rush into the store at once! They spread out across various aisles to steal your most expensive items. Players must abandon the registers and boxes, split up, and hit them with a broom. Watch out - they are faster than regular thieves![]Sanitary / Trade Inspection:

        A serious-looking NPC enters the store to assess its "cleanliness" for 60 seconds. You have exactly one minute to clean up trash, pick up all empty boxes thrown on the floor, and ensure there are no long lines at the registers. If the store is a mess, you will receive a painful financial penalty.[]Payment Terminal Failure:

        Suddenly, all registers stop accepting credit cards. You can only serve customers paying with cash (giving change manually), while one player must run to the office/mainframe and click the "Router Reset" button 25 times to restore the system. (there is no button yet, you have to click on the cashier if you have an employee)[]Dead Delivery:

        The courier delivers the goods, but drops the boxes in a massive pile right in front of the front door, blocking customers from entering. Players must urgently move all the boxes to the warehouse, otherwise, your store will lose business.

      Every group plays differently. The host can customize the level of madness via a simple in-game menu.
