Supermarket Aisles

GamePass and multiplayer is currently NOT tested

Tired of watching your customers run back and forth around the store, when half of what they wanted was in one spot?

Using this mod allows you to set up custom aisles, which will make your customers shop by aisle instead of by random.

While looking at a category sign, press the keybind(Default = F) to enter "Aisle Mode" while in this mode, you can then go around and select displays of any type to add them to the aisle, all currently selected displays will be highlighted. After doing this customers will automatically start shopping like they actually know what they want.

All products in aisles will be grabbed first, by each aisle, and any display/product NOT in an aisle will be grabbed after all aisles are finished.

All aisles are saved by name, so if you have multiple signs with the same name, they will all be linked to the same aisle. Names are case-sensitive, so "Frozen" and "FROZEN" would be two different aisles.

This also affects online orders! After having aisles set up, online orders will also be sorted by aisle. Making it easier to collect items without having  to run back and forth across the whole store. (Thank you to SirW for the suggestion)

Speaking of SirW, this mod also uses his CustomHints mod to allow showing keybinds on screen when relevant.

All aisles set up using this mod work per save slot. And will only save when the game saves

Installation

  What is in the config?

  • []Desired color for highlighting while in the "Aisle Mode", Default is RGBA(0. 6, 0, 1, 1) (Light purple-ish color)[/]
