Canadian Money fixed

Here's the modification done to the original config mod:

Removed 1 cent coin

Removed  50 cent coin

Added a 100$ bill

Changed placement of the coins and the bills so that it will be more realistic

Changed the texture of the card for a Desjardin debit card

let me know if you want a version with another debit or credit card ;-)

Install guide

First you will need to install the Currency Changer mod and lunch the game once to the menu

drag the zip file into the folde gonfig in BepInEx (BepInEx/config)

Extract the zip file and anccept the replace option
