Faster Races

(v1. 4. 2)

Adds a configurable movement speed bonus for your character. When used with Haven's Birthright, Birthright's movement speed bonuses are disabled so you don't get double speed — one consistent bonus from Faster Races. Speed penalties from Birthright (e.g. some Amari lines, Naga) still apply.
