Serena's Enchanted Studio brings Sun Haven's visual-enhancement and character-customization tools together inside one warm, draggable in-game menu.

Press End after loading a character to open the Studio. F8 is included as a fallback hotkey.

The Studio does not overwrite Sun Haven's original asset bundles. Automatic scaling, texture replacements, portrait packs, NPC display names, and menu settings remain removable. The only intentional save-backed action is changing the player's name after you press Apply.

Main Features

- 4X CHARACTER — Automatically applies edge-aware 4x pixel-art processing to the player's modular body, skin, hair, eyes, clothing, wings, tails, accessories, and equipped layers as Sun Haven loads them. It preserves the character's on-screen size while giving the renderer more pixel information to work with.

- Sharper previews — The same character path covers regular and backup load/save previews. Sun Haven's native character-creator preview is raised from 60x60 to 240x240 while character scaling is enabled.

- 4X WORLD + UI — A separate, optional experimental mode for supported scenery, props, world sprites, animals, NPC artwork, non-colliding tiles, Sun Haven meshes, and standard menu images. It is off by default and remembers your choice.

- Hair-over-cape correction — Corrects the north-facing layer order that can make capes and back equipment draw over long hair.

- Full character customizer — Open Sun Haven's complete character-creation interface from the Studio without visiting a salon, teleporting, or starting a new save. Closing the customizer applies the normal Sun Haven changes.

- Player and NPC names — Rename the player through Sun Haven's normal character-save method, or create persistent NPC display-name overrides without changing their internal quest or relationship identity.

- Texture Studio — Load optional filename-based PNG replacements for ordinary SpriteRenderers, standard UI images, rebuildable meshes, dialogue busts, and player layers/previews. Texture packs work even when World/UI 4x is off.

- Portrait Studio — Load seasonal six-expression portrait sheets plus supported one-image special outfits, with optional position and scale adjustments.

What 4x Scaling Does

The character and world tools use an edge-aware pixel-art algorithm. They can make curves, hair edges, eyes, clothing, and small sprite details look cleaner, but they do not contain hand-painted replacement art. Any apparent extra detail is inferred from the original pixels.

World/UI 4x is intentionally not a blind filter over everything. Fonts, render textures, shader and material effects, particle renderers, packed or secondary-texture sprites, pixel-perfect clickable UI, and oversized atlases stay vanilla for compatibility and performance. Supported art will vary depending on how Sun Haven built that asset.

New world textures are processed gradually, only after Sun Haven finishes its own visual loading. Memory limits, protected UI capacity, delayed scene scanning, and paced first-time generation are included to reduce loading and travel spikes.

- The Sun Haven BepInEx 5. 4. 23. 5 bundle.

Installation

1. Install the correct Sun Haven BepInEx 5. 4. 23. 5 bundle, including KeepAlive.

2. Remove or disable the old standalone Serena's Player Upscaler.dll, if present.

3. Download the Main File and extract its BepInEx folder into the main Sun Haven game folder.

4. Confirm the DLL is located at:

Sun Haven\BepInEx\plugins\SerenaSunHavenStudio\Serena's Enchanted Studio - Sun Haven.dll

5. Launch Sun Haven, load a character, and press End. Use F8 if another program captures End.
