NPC Replacer Mod
This mod replaces NPCs with custom 2D artwork using a lightweight quad-based renderer.
NPC Replacer efficiently scans the current scene and, when a matching NPC is found, disables the game’s original renderer and substitutes it with a custom quad that displays replacement art from the mod’s assets folder.
The replacement correctly billboards toward the camera and updates automatically as areas load.
Requirements:
- BepInEx 5 (mono x64)
Install the latest BepInEx 5 Mono x64 build and launch the game once to generate the required folders.
