Use the latest Mod Manager to install these mods:  https://fluffyquack.com/tools/modmanager.zip

Before installing the mod (to avoid crashes), turn on the game (WT Chun-Li cannot be installed yet), equip your character with these clothes:  Training Wear (shirt), Bare Legs, and Training Shoes.  Also, if you want to have Chun-Li’s bangs, go to one of the salons in Metro City or Nayshall (Character Creator) and choose Hair #4.  After that, exit game, install the mod via FMM, and turn on game again.  There’s your mod.  Also, DO NOT go to the Status menu nor to any apparel shops because this mod will freeze your game if you do so.  If you want to give different avatar gear to Chun-Li, go to the salon and change your character to male, and then change the clothes, and then go back to the salon and change it back to female.

This is actually an experimental mod.  Gojira first asked if it's possible to have playable characters from the main roster as avatars in World Tour mode.  Robhal then relayed this to me, so I tried it out. From the looks of it, it's actually possible to play as a roster character via swap modding (simple file renaming method), so you don’t really need Blender for this.

Some things to keep in mind:

- You still have to manually adjust the face and body in Character Creation.  The recipe for Chun-Li is in this download.

If you plan to do other characters, try your best to make their likeness…or make them however you want.

- To colorize the body and face, you have to edit the Customize Colors in the MDF2 file.  You can do this in either MDF Manager or 010 Editor.  In this case, the CMD_user. 2 file does not override the customized colors in the MDF2 file.

- This will affect a lot of NPC faces.  This essentially became Chun-Li Fighter 6 lol.  Then again, I modded both wpl folders, so maybe that might affect it lol.

- In Character Creation, character faces will have a different color to them.  No worries, it will go back to normal after the edit.

- Physics will only work on clothes that have physics in them.  Too bad, this mod is on clothes that have no physics, and I’m not motivated enough to look through a whole bunch of clothes that might have physics to them.
