Specter Akuma

Oh dear. Here we are again with another series. The Specter Series. Government, intelligence agencies, bureaucracy, media. We don't always know the forces at work that keep society together or what form they'll take. One thing for sure is that it is intentional, and these systems are run by people. I wanted to created a series that encompassed individuals who would uphold these systems, willingly or not. I wanted to visualize the concept of the "shadow" or Specter, hence the name of the series. Akuma is first up so here we are.

Akuma represents the tried and true methodology of just about every government on earth: law and order. "Obey, or face the consequences." It does not get any more direct than that, and yet, it has worked in civilizations decades old as well as thousands of years old. If you can get your populous to obey the law, then everything works out. Of course, it does not always work out that cleanly. And that's why the other characters are going to shed some light on other methods to get us in line.
