Removes the Armbands for Sagat's C2.
This Mod allows Sagat to look more classic in Street Fighter II fashion without having those armbands around his upper arms. I know it's a tradition for Muay Thai fighters, but this is only for the looks of Sagat that old players wanted to see when they choose him in Street Fighter 6.
