Replaces every 3D Stage NPC mesh with a blank file
Note
-The texture location of 2D NPCs is still unknown so Macho Ring is mostly unchanged and there is a couple more stages with those in the background but not as much.
-There is one NPC chilling near the water on Bathers Beach. For some reason he didn't have a Object name to find & delete. Fixed in 1. 3
-A microphone temporarily inanimates across the floor at the beginning of a match on Barmaley Steelworks. I'm not sure if you can even notice unless your spamming dash at the start but not bad all things considered since it blends in with the scraps and metals. Fixed in 1. 1
