Duelist Chun Li V2

I've been holding on to this mod for a minute. I've always had it, but truth be told, I couldn't be bothered to post it. But since mods are safe from nukes at least for another month, I decided to bet everything on red and post this now. I've made some changes to the mod to make it look prettier. First, I changed the mesh for the jacket. Second, I gave her some sweet shades. I planned on them being transparent. But I lack the skillset and to be totally honest, I didn't care enough to make that a reality. And lastly, I wanted to address some potential concerns about my previous mods.

Q: "Where old mods?"

A: On my deviantart page (Yes it's the same name as on here) https://www.deviantart.com/tonkumatsu Keep in mind, not all of my mods were preserved on deviantart. Only my personal favorites. I use these mods myself, and as a mod creator/user, I get bored of old projects and no longer want anything to do with them. And when mods got nuked in the recent balance patch, that was just my excuse to stop supporting the mods I already no longer cared for.

Q: "Does this mean Ton Yolo is back?"

A: Ye sure I guess I'm back temporarily. I have some projects I am working on that I don't mind sharing with folks. After all, I never said I'd stop making mods altogether. So ye :)

I've finally added modinfo files to my mods so hopefully, installation will go smoothly for everyone. Drag and drop into FluffyModManager should now be supported Let me know in the comments if there are any issues though.
