Cammy Black and Blue Color For Outfit 1 and 2

Custom color for Cammy's outfit 2. Replaces slot 1 but can be placed on any slot by changing the last digit in the file.

"esf009_002_cmd_001.user" last digit sequence ends with 001 so it goes over slot 1.

"esf009_002_cmd_006.user" changing from 001 to 006 it makes the color go over slot 6 instead.

This is my first time making a mod, if there are any issues please report it. Any feedback is appreciated. I'll be working on additional variants for this mod before moving onto other characters so keep an eye out. Special thanks to FishBoy for the excellent tutorial.

-Changed boot laces color to blue.

-Regular version is set under slot 1, no lipstick version is ser under slot 2, both can be swapped.
