An ancient stone house sits on a hill top and overlooks a tidal pond which water flows thru only at high tide.
Heavy in resources it is maxed out for clay and medicinal plants. Tons of Yucca and a large area to farm(have to clear the brush first)
Many shipwtecks which also means many sharks. There are 2 boars and one snake. There are also 4 survivor shelters.
