Fishing - Patch

Bug fixes for Fishing by lukeh_ro. Loads alongside Fishing and patches issues without modifying the original. Fixes: - The Fishing Dock build-menu description showed a broken image: it pointed at a hard-coded absolute path on the original author's PC, which exists on no one else's machine. Repointed to the mod's own fish icon so the image renders for everyone. - Survivors with Fishing set to a high task priority would idle instead of fishing most of the time. The dock's catch-chance dropped ~20-29 per catch but recovered only +1 per game-hour, so a fished dock stayed below the 50% auto-use threshold for most of a game-day. Recovery is now +5 per game-hour, and the recovery loop catches up correctly after long idle periods or at fast game speed (it previously credited only a single hour per update tick). The documented "under 50% survivors won't auto-use the dock" behaviour is unchanged - depleted docks still rest, just for a sane few hours instead of a full day. Additions: - Spanish (es-ES) localization covering all of Fishing's in-game text (the activity, the dock, the fish and fried fish resources, the recipe, the tech, and the dock's placement and infopanel messages), not just the parts this patch changes.
