Irrigation and Compost Fertilizer - Patch

Bug fixes for Irrigation and Compost Fertilizer by lukeh_ro. Loads alongside Irrigation and Compost Fertilizer and patches issues without modifying the original. - Re-enabling irrigation now queues an irrigation activity immediately instead of idling for up to a full in-game day after toggling irrigation off and back on - Manure is no longer dropped from shelf/refrigerated storage groups: upstream's group-tag change accidentally removed FuelManure from CraftingResourcesBulk and Other_Refrigerated; the patch restores both while keeping the new Fertilizer group - Irrigation now works under custom hour-presets (Jaggid's Taskmaster - Redux Farm_Cook, etc.): Irrigate is now added to every ActivitySet that already includes Fertilizing instead of only Default. Work - Internal correctness fix: mod-introduced plants with FertilizeAmount below ResourceScale (1000) now get IrrigateAmount clamped up to ResourceScale, matching the author's intent - Spanish (es-ES) localization covering all of Irrigation and Compost Fertilizer's in-game text (the Irrigate activity, the Compost resource with its recipe and tech, and the Fertilizer resource group) Requires Irrigation and Compost Fertilizer and SAD_CommonLib.
