[X] Discovery 1

In 2001, the enormous USSC Discovery One spacecraft travels to Jupiter with five crew members from the United States, three in hibernation and two awake, David Bowman and Frank Poole, and a state-of-the-art supercomputer capable of making its own decisions without consulting humans, called HAL 9000, heuristically programmed, mainframe-type with “eyes” (IR perception capability) and “ears” throughout the spacecraft, which it governs using artificial intelligence, allowing it to communicate with humans through speech. ________________________ 2001: A Space Odyssey. 1968 ________________________ x2 Character x8 Equipment
