Vanilla Weapon Tags

This is a simple mod that adds tags to vanilla weapons for use with other mods that alter weapon properties via traits, notably as a mandatory dependency with my own Skills Mastery Rewards, Samuel Mayweather, and Aurélie Allard mods. Feel free to use this with your mods as well! Note that tags are case sensitive.
