Enables Food and Material Fabricators for research in all scenarios. Disable this mod if playing Military scenario as it will require the fabricators to be researched before use. Note: Food fabricator is automatically enabled when you acquire a fabricator matrix. I don't know how to disable that. Therefore, I set the research time for food fabricators to zero to match. Note 2: Some custom scenarios that go out of their way to disable fabricators vie script still won't have the fabricators available (e.g. Planetary Foothold Scenario). For those custom scenarios, only way to have fabricators available is to edit the mod yourself and change its script. Version: 0. 00-021
