Beyond Stranded Eloa Patch

Continuing my novice attempts to alter a much better mod than I can create myself, this is a small patch for Beyond Stranded to fix what I think was the original intention for the Eloa plants added. Or that was the intention. I have gone slightly beyond that, and added an Eloa Tea instead of the Eloa Wraps originally intended, as I have given up on my attempts to make the Eloa Wraps work. I got as far as actually having the Wraps count as medicines, and would have been an alternative to bandages with a small happiness bonus when they get used, but couldn't get them to actually be used by the survivors, and I have left my abortive attempts at this in the mod, so anyone who has a better knowledge of modding than me can feel free to have a look and see if they can succeed where I have failed.
