Cold Saltu (Jungle)

I wanted the weather, temperature and seasonal challenges of Sobrius, but on the Saltu regional map. So here it is; I thought others might enjoy this as well. Note that while this works pretty well, there are still some quirks. For example I'm still getting rain, and not snow, in the winter when a storm hits. I'm working on fixing that. It replaces the existing Saltu, rather than adding an additional regional map. Unfortunately this was necessary to maintain all of the additional data that is designed to work on Saltu. However, it appears to work cleanly enough when you enable or disable the mod in the mod manager, so if you want a traditional Saltu play-through, simply disabling the mod will set you on your way. In the future perhaps I'll do this the right way, as an additional regional map, rather than just replacing Saltu, but that will be a lot of work that I'm not even sure I have the knowledge to do.
