Beyond 47

Allows the game to continue past the year 47, which is normally impossible. Works by loading a saved game made in the final year, but before the game has actually reached the ending time. The mod is totally experimental and hacky. There is no guarantee that everything would work properly. I fixed the problems that I've found, but my testing is limited to a few problematic saves that I have.
