Jaggid's Skill Mastery Events

This mod adds story bits (events) to the game which can occur once a survivor has mastered a skill, granting a trait associated with that skill to the survivor permanently (including a few traits that are newly added for this mod). Many of these events have a choice of which trait to acquire, but all of the events can only occur once in any given playthrough, so choose wisely. Note that the events will only occur when someone has truly mastered a skill, and only if they do not already have one of the traits associated with the skill. This mod is still in testing, so it's pretty much a guarantee to get the events in any playthrough, assuming a survivor masters the skill and does not already have an associated trait (or diametrically opposed trait, in some cases). I will likely tweak the probabilities down once I'm comfortable all the events are working properly. There is currently one event for each existing skill in the game.
