Jaggid's Breakthrough Unlocker

There are other mods that unlock all of the breakthrough techs, but all of the ones that I've seen do it just simply by unlocking them, with no effort. This mod takes a different approach. Two new research projects added: The first is a small research project which will unlock a single, random breakthrough technology, making it available for research. A survivor with Intellect of 6 or higher is required to unlock this project for research. The second is a much grander project which will take a substantial amount of time to research. When research is completed it unlocks all remaining breakthrough technologies. This technology is not available for research until you have a survivor with an Intellect of 10, have the advanced research desk unlocked and have completed the previous Random breakthrough research project. Warning Be advised that the "Explore" expedition which can reward a random breakthrough has a parameter that you must have 10 or fewer breakthrough technologies already unhidden to find it via exploration. Be aware that on occasion the random research project will unhide a breakthrough which you already have, causing you to gain nothing new. This is how the expedition which rewards a random breakthrough works as well. I just used their built-in function. For those who are more interested in just getting more random breakthroughs via extended research, check out my other mod Jaggid's General Research w/ Breakthroughs
