Cargo Mech

This mod introduces a new mech designed for fast resource transportation. The mech requires an operator to function, but it can be operated by any survivor regardless of their skill. The mech doesn't receive or distribute resources while mounted. The Cargo Mech has three ownership options which define who can use it: Shared: Everyone can deliver or take resources from the mech. Owned: Only the owner can deliver or take resources. None: All survivors are forbidden from delivering or taking resources. You can customize the resources accepted for storage in the Restriction tab of the mech's info panel. To prevent survivors from delivering resources to the mech or making them unload the mech, you can use the "Keep empty" option. The mod includes a new technology called Cargo Mechs, which allows the construction of Cargo Mechs using 3 CPU Cores, 1 Power Cell, and 100 Metal in all scenarios.
