This mod is obsolete as of 2.0, but I have left it up in case someone is playing on an earlier version and still needs it This mod changes the game rule that controls when a planet can have an orbital station (such as a starport) built. It allows a planet to build a starport in any circumstance, such as when you have a habitat, Planetary Ringworld, or Science Nexus around the planet.
