No Research Penalties

This mod works with all Stellaris versions newer than 2. 1 The Launcher may say that your version is not supported but this most likely is wrong. I just got tired to reupload all my mods with changed "supported_version" numbers after every patch. Removes the research penalty, finally you can research without limits! My other mods: Want to remove the penalty on council agendas? Try this: No Council Agenda Penalty No need to care about district numbers: No District Research Penalty Don't want to bother about tradition costs anymore? No Tradition Penalties Cut the research penalty in (nearly) half: Half Research Penalty You can scale the research speed with your empire size: Overall Research Improve FAQ: Does this Mod apply to AI? As far as I know: Yes Mod compatibility? With all mods that don't alter this line: EMPIRE_SIZE_TECH_COST_PENALTY If you like the mod, leave an upvote :)
