Council Positions Plus

4. 3 compatible. This is a remake of my older mod of the same name. Council Positions Plus adds more council position options based on ethics and authorities. These are meant to provide a full council for people playing with mods that add civics without council positions. It can also be used for a greater variety of council positions. It has built-in compatibility with Ethics and Civics: Bug Branch, adding council positions to the ethics of that mod. It shouldn't have any incompatibilities with other mods. Some images at attached showing a few of the council positions, the idea is to err on the side of making these council positions more towards the weaker end as to not overshadow any vanilla positions.
