Project Blacklight adds a controlled, self-contained story chain to Stellaris. A new black hole system appears inside your borders. It is stable. Fully formed. Already responding before your instruments finish asking the question. Project Blacklight is focused on internal mystery, research risk and escalating consequences inside your own empire. There are no outside factions, no forced galaxy-wide crisis and no external invasion storyline.
