Unlock More Building Slots

Additional city zones and building slots. What this mod about?It gives ability to add 3rd city based sub-zone, increases basic city building slots and rural zone building slots. +3 to City Building Slots +1 to City specialization/sub-zones (including 3 bulding slots with it) +1 to Building Slot for all "rural" districts (indluding Habitats, Arcologies and Ring Worlds) In total you are going have 18 City Building Slots and 12 Rural Building Slots. Which files are affected? 00_urban_districts.txt entry "district_city" and all of it's variations for all types of planet classes and colony types 00_zones.txt entry "zone_default" So if you are using mods which override the same things, NSC or some other ambitious project, you may have a problem. I know it. No I can't just fix it because game does not respect it's own rules, and I do not feel comfortable overriding all zones and districts to fix vanilla defect. May be or may not be incompatible with massive all-encompassing fixes and various overhaul-overrides, as well as other super ambitious mods which change planet/carrier mechanics - please do not report bugs if you have such mods enabled
