One Galaxy to Rule Them All! Ever wanted to play in your old galaxy as a new empire with history of the old game making its way into the new game? Continuum is the mod for you. Currently in development. Follow the latest here! Idea is to be able to start fresh in the same galaxy where your old empire once thrived. Past empires, wars, and crises shape the new game—your former empire might survive as a Fallen Empire, a precursor, or be nothing but ruins. Can you survive in the legacy they left behind? Instead of playing in a burned-out save, Continuum creates a new galaxy from your old one. Black holes, shattered worlds, ancient battles, even galaxy mergers can all reappear as part of your new story. Maybe you’ll emerge as the sheltered primitive species from your old game finally reaching the stars in the new game, or as survivors of a dark age after a cataclysmic crisis. Continuum 0. 3 is here! Current Features: A working parser (continuum_parser.py) that reads your save and generates a new playable galaxy. Currently imports systems, hyperlanes, stars, planets, moons, asteroids, belts, nebulas, and megastructures. Up next: Click for the 0. 4 Roadmap How to Use: Subscribe to this mod. Open your old savegame in the latest version of Stellaris and save a local copy of it (not in the cloud). Get the path to this mod's folder (usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\281990\3554276594). You will need to download and install the latest stable version of Python. From a command prompt, navigate to the mod's folder and execute the command python continuum_parser.py The parser will prompt you to select a save game. Enter the selection number. The parser will then output all the files it needs in the mod folder. Simply open up Stellaris and select an Empire, and select the Continuum galaxy from the list of galaxy sizes. Hit Play. Depending on your Advanced Settings on the Galaxy tab, you should now be in a near exact copy of your old game's galaxy. To keep
