The overall mod has been optimized. The leader will now trigger a recruitment event on March 28th at the start of the game, and can also be added via edict. Added more event dialogue backgrounds and optimized text content. The leader's default portrait will automatically restore each year. They can be appointed as ruler via edict or elected through normal election processes. When the exclusive traits are active on the council or when serving as ruler, additional text content will be displayed. Due to my limited English proficiency, the English localization of this mod was translated by AI. If there are any errors, I apologize. ps：所使用文本基本来自角色语音或官方文本。
