At War: Carrier Improvements 4.0

Because I love these mods and at moment no sign of latest maintainer to update them I gonna give it shot. If original maintainer returns I will remove my version and let them keep maintaining them. All information about mod can be find at original mod linked below. Update Fixed all the errors and made everything work as intended I think. Renamed certain section to fit their purpose more. Removed what looked like unnecessary files as code was completely blocked with # or not linked to anything and just threw errors. So far I could see everything else should work the same. To do list/known issues. None so far I know off What I will not do. Add Bio ships. Make any compatibility for other mods. Make changes to its original design.
