Key Features: 1. Expanded Resource Terms Resource contribution terms in vassal agreements have been adjusted to range from -100% to +100%. Most vanilla resources, including Trade Value, Unity, and Astral Threads, are now available as agreement terms. Restrictions based on Subject types have been removed, allowing Scholariums, Bulwarks, and Prospectoria to contribute all resource types. 2. New Agreement Term: Garrison Policy Introduces a new term type—Garrison Policy—allowing Overlords to station troops within Subject territories. Overlords can choose to expend varying amounts of Trade Value, Alloys, or Naval Capacity to gain Loyalty and ship-related bonuses. Options range from symbolic deployments to brutal suppression, each with its own costs and benefits. 3. New Planetary Decision: Instant Vassal Creation Adds a planetary decision enabling the immediate release of all colonized planets within a star system as a new vassal empire, streamlining sector management. 4. Modified Ascension Perk: Shared Destiny --Subjects Exempt from Divided Patronage +100. --Significantly boosts monthly Loyalty gain for each vassal. 5. Rebalanced Loyalty and Influence Mechanics Adjusts the rules governing Loyalty changes and Influence costs to enhance game balance and strategic depth. 6. AI Vassalization Restrictions Prevents AI empires from forming vassal relationships through diplomatic means; vassalization can now only occur via warfare between AI entities. Notes: 1. Please exercise interstellar ethics—avoid excessively exploiting your vassals! 2. In AI-to-AI agreements, resource contribution and garrison policy terms are disabled, leading to a significant decrease in Loyalty between AI empires. 3.
