[4.0.*] Fix Arc Furnace

What is the Problem With the 4. 0 Update a bug was introduced with the arc furnace where it actually REMOVES a mineral depost in the 4th stage and doesn't add one in the 3rd. What did i do? I edited the vanilla events in a that they are as described in the wiki, adding a mineral deposit in the 3rd stage and nothing removed in the 4th. Compability & Restrictions Only edited vanilla events in an extra file => should be compatible with everything. Tested with Gigastructure Due to the way the vanilla events are coded the deposits are only granted upon completion and NOT RETROACTIVE. Which means, if you have already a stage 4 arc furnace you will need to break it down and rebuild it in order for it to give the corrected bonuses. Mod can be added & removed anytime during playthrough
