Hydra's Universal Compatibility Patch

This is a dependency mod, intended to aid mod developers with compatibility between mods. This mod allows for civics, ethics, authorities and origins from other mods to be used in the requirements (potential and possible) of civics, authorities and origins without the need for placeholders beyond a single, very simple placeholder. To use this for your own mod, simply add this mod as a required item for your own mod. For how to use, either find the "How to use.txt" file found inside this mod's folder, or click Here. This mod is very unlikely to become outdated as it is almost exclusively inline scripts whose sole function is to toggle code.
